Subject: Electrical Shutdown for Circuit Transfers For Cyert Hall 9/26
Facilities Management Services continues planning 30 minute electrical shutdowns necessary for balancing the power loads between circuits across main campus. Cyert Hall is scheduled 7:00 AM on Thursday, September 26, 2013. The emergency generator for the building will be started in advance of the shutdown with only momentary interruption to critical building loads, most of which are also protected via UPS. This work is being scheduled concurrently with contract electrical work in Cyert A100 to minimize the number of disruptions to building occupants.
