1/23 UPDATE – Electric Restoration to Normal System Operation at 6:00 AM on 1/23/14.  Repairs have been made to all damaged equipment.  Duquesne Light will be switching main campus electric service to its normal configuration tomorrow morning.  We expect this to be invisible to people and systems receiving electric service.  However, FMS will have additional  personnel on hand to respond should the transfer not go as expected.
