SUBJECT: Gas leak at 4615 Forbes Ave

A natural gas leak was discovered today at 4615 Forbes earlier today.  Peoples Natural Gas responded and found the gas levels to be sufficiently high that they shut off all gas to the building.  Peoples Gas crews are excavating to discover the source of the leak.  As a result of this leak, the building has neither heat nor domestic hot water.

Further information will be sent out as more is learned about the repairs required and the expected duration of the outage.
