SUBJECT: Server Issue May Send False Notices Regarding Elevator Conditions

We are experiencing a problem with the server which sends notices of changes in elevator operation.  It is possible false notices will be sent sometime this morning.  If you are concerned about a notice for a specific elevator, contact the Service Response Center at 412-268-2910 to confirm the status.
