SUBJECT: Hamburg Hall Chilled Water Shutdown 8/26

FMS has scheduled a chilled water shutdown in Hamburg Hall on Wednesday, 8/26, from 6:00AM until 12:00PM. 

This shutdown will affect cooling to fan coil units in Hamburg Hall East Wing.  The following rooms will be the only rooms affected:

A-106 , A-108 , A-110 , A-112 , A-114, 1110A, 1110B, 1112, 1116A, 1116B

Each office has a minimum fresh air vent that is fed from another system. That air will continue to run.  Every effort will be made to minimize downtime.
