SUBJECT: Winter Weather – Protect Your Spaces

Help FMS protect your spaces from the dropping temps over the next few days by following the three actions listed below:

1.       Check your department’s occupied and unoccupied areas for cold spots. Open doors where possible to allow warm air to circulate.

2.      Close and lock ALL windows.

3.       Turn thermostats ON and check for heat.

Many freezing incidents that happen during a drop in temperature are preventable.  Thank you for your assistance in keeping these areas safe.
