SUBJECT:  Newell-Simon Air Handler #3 Shutdown 03/31 through 4/2

Air handler #3, that serves all Newell Simon 4600, 3600 and 2600 spaces, will be shut down on Friday evening, 3/31, at 6:00PM through midnight on Sunday, 4/2  (2 ¼ days).  This shutdown is necessary to replace the chilled water coils that were damaged during the winter.

FMCS recommends staff turn off computers and any other heat generating devices before leaving for the weekend, as there will be no air flow in spaces during this outage.
