Update.  FMS Electricians are turning power back on to the affected areas as part of their diagnostic work to identify the root cause of the tripped breaker.  In addition, ABM Electrical Power Solutions will be on campus this afternoon to assist with the investigation.  As the work continues, power may be intermittent in the affected areas.   We will send an update when the root cause and solution to restore power is identified.  Thank you for your patience as the electricians troubleshoot the issue.

SUBJECT:  Power Outage in portions of Hamerschlag Hall – 4/27/17

Hamerschlag Hall is experiencing a power outage in portions of the building due to a tripped electrical breaker in the C-Level.  Areas identified without power, HH C-level/MechE areas, HH C-101, HH A-300 corridor, HH 1300 corridor, HH 1100 corridor and HH 2100 wing.  FMS Electricians are working to diagnosis the issue and restore power.  We will send additional information as the electricians identify the root cause of the tripped breaker.
