SUBJECT: Warner Hall Elevator Replacement Project

Thank you to everyone that attended last week’s meeting to discuss the Warner Hall Elevator replacement project scheduled for this Summer.  This project, which will start after Commencement, will take the elevator out of service for six weeks.  The attached document will provide you with more information and a detailed project schedule.

For any HR-related accommodations or concerns – EOS, Disability Resources, La Dawn Robinson (ladawnr@andrew.cmu.edu) has been designated to be HR’s single point of contact for Staff and Faculty having and/or with accommodation concerns.

SUBJECT: Warner Hall Elevator Shutdown Meeting 4/26 at 10AM

As many of you may have heard, the Warner Hall Elevator is scheduled for replacement this summer.   The elevator is expected to be offline for 6 weeks while this major repair takes place. 

The Warner Hall Elevator is safely operating at this time.  We are proactively scheduling this shutdown in order to avoid an unscheduled interruption. 

FMCS will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, 4/26, at 10:00AM in the Cohon University Center, Rangos 2, to discuss the schedule of when the elevator will be offline.
