SUBJECT: Warner Hall Mechanical Balancing – Starting on 5/23

Starting Tuesday, 5/23, CDFD will be conducting a full building balancing of the mechanical system to facilitate mechanical maintenance.  The balancing will help assure adequate air flow to provide heating and cooling. 

The work takes approx. 2 to 3 weeks and the daily shifts are scheduled from 6:30pm to 4:30am.  The hours and dates selected were chosen to minimize disruption to the occupants daily activity. Please note that the contractors will need access to all suites as well as individual offices. We are making arrangements for a security guard to provide the contractor with access to the suites and offices.
