SUBJECT: Construction Impact to CIC Garage  and Hamerschlag Drive 6/9/17 UPDATE

Beginning on Monday, June 12^th, at 6:00AM, Work begins on Phases 2 and 3 for the new electric ductbank in the CIC garage.  Vehicular access to the CIC garage will need to enter from the Neville Street Entrance and use the upper ramp.  Pedestrian access from the CIC garage to Neville Street will be maintained at all times. 

Vehicular access from Neville Street will continue to be restricted THROUGH the lower level of the CIC Garage.  Vehicular traffic will NOT be able to continue through the garage to Hamerschlag Drive, so all through vehicular traffic that is accessing the Gates Garage, FMS, or any other locations along Hamerschlag Drive will still need to enter via Frew Street.

Beginning on Wednesday June 14^th, there will be limited access for deliveries to the CIC loading dock and FMS once manhole excavation begins on Wednesday.  Those responsible for deliveries should review the access restrictions prior to scheduling deliveries.

Work is anticipated to be completed by Friday June 16^th.
