UPDATE:

The partial power outage at 300 South Craig continues while FMCS and their contractors work on temporary repairs.  The cause of the power outage is a failure of a main branch circuit.  Any electrical equipment served from the failed branch circuit is without power – all other branch circuits continue to work as normal.  Since the building experienced a partial power outage, the emergency generator is not running.

The building elevator remains off.  Other building system affected by the power outage include some HVAC, lighting and power outlets on each floor.  Please check your critical equipment – including refrigerators in kitchenettes and anything running on a UPS or battery back-up power.  

FMS has electrical extension cords and power strips if you need to temporarily plug equipment into a working outlet.  Please be careful not to overload a circuit and trip a local circuit breaker.

FMCS is aware of the unexpected partial power outage at 300 South Craig Street and are currently working to restore power.  The elevators and air handlers for the building are not working due to this outage.
