SUBJECT: Hamerschlag Hall Power Shutdown 8/12 until 8/13 – Planning Meeting on 8/7
The power in Hamerschlag Hall will be out of service for approximately 40 hours starting on Saturday, 8/12, through Sunday 8/13. This shutdown is necessary to make final power connections for the Maker Wing Renovation. Due to the duration of the power shutdown and limited emergency power in the building, life safety systems on battery back-up may be exhausted before the end of the shutdown. Therefore, only authorized personnel will be allowed to enter the building during the shutdown.
There will be a meeting on Monday, 8/7, at 11:00AM in the 1107 Hamerschlag Hall to discuss this shutdown. Please send an email to Shannon Wetzel at swetzel@andrew.cmu.edu if you plan to attend this meeting.
