SUBJECT: Smith Hall Window Jamb Liner Replacements 8/21 – 9/1
Boulevard Glass is scheduled to begin replacing the jamb liners in windows at Smith Hall on Monday, 8/21, starting at 9:00AM until 4:00PM. The work will continue for two weeks through 9/1.
The jamb liner counter balances the weight of the window and is the track that the window slides in. This work will greatly improve the operation of each window.
Replacement of each jamb liner requires approximately 2 ½ hours per window.
Boulevard Glass will need access to the rooms listed on the following dates:
Monday, 8/21 and Tuesday, 8/22 – Rooms 110, 111, 112 (six windows)
Wednesday, 8/23 – Room 115, 116, 117 (three windows)
Thursday, 8/24 and Friday, 8/25 – Rooms 119, 121, 200 (six windows)
Monday, 8/28 – Rooms 210, 212, 214 (six windows)
Tuesday, 8/29 – Rooms 216, 218, 220 (six windows)
Wednesday, 8/30 – Rooms 222, 224, 226 (three windows)
Thursday, 8/31 and Friday, 9/1 – Rooms 209, 228, 230, 234, 235 (six windows)
