SUBJECT: CMU-Ansys: Sanitary Sewer Camera Work – Tuesday, August 29th
Beginning August 29th from at 7:00am through end of the day we will be conducting sanitary sewer site verifications for the ANSYS Simulation Building and Undergraduate Maker Center. It is anticipated that the work will complete the same day. The work will be conducted on the future site of the ANSYS building in the parking lot off of Frew Street between Porter Hall, Hamerschlag Hall and Scaife Hall.
The work consists of running a camera in an underground sewer line from the corner of Porter Hall into Hamerschlag. Vehicular traffic will remain open but may be flagged at times. Parking and pedestrian access should remain.
Construction signage posted in the area and on Hamerschlag Drive alerting both pedestrians and drivers of the work zones.
