SUBJECT: Smith Hall Air Balancing 11/2 & 11/3

FMS will be working with a contractor performing air balancing in Smith Hall on Thursday, 11/2, and Friday, 11/3.  The hours of work will be between 7:30AM and 4:00PM.

This work is necessary to properly adjust the air flow in each office to maintain a comfortable temperature.

It is necessary to get into each office to perform this work, so your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.  This work will require us to work in each office for approximately 15 minutes.
