SUBJECT: Warner Hall Building Evacuation Drill 11/20
Environmental Health and Safety has scheduled a fire evacuation drill at Warner Hall on Monday, 11/20, at 3:45PM.
During this drill, you will hear a siren/horn and/or voice command announcement during the evacuation.
We ask for your full cooperation during this drill. We recognize this drill may interrupt your schedule and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The expected duration of the drill will be 30 minutes.
Please adhere to the following directions when the alarm sounds, or if you are notified by email, phone, or verbally of the evacuation:
- Follow the directions of your designated Floor Marshal and proceed to the nearest exit.
- Floor Marshals should notify the nearest emergency official when everyone is accounted for, or if anyone is missing.
- Remain with your group until given the all clear to return to the building.
- Please do not enter your vehicles or leave campus until the exercise is over.
