SUBJECT: GATF HVAC Issue
GATF lost 480V power to the roof HVAC units and the elevator late Saturday due to a fan motor needing to be replaced and tripping the breaker. FMS was able to get everything up and running again with the exception of one rooftop HVAC unit.
After checking the building late yesterday, it seems the other three HVAC units are heating the building sufficiently. The only affected space is the Center for Technology Transfer on the 3rd floor.
If you notice any other areas that are not receiving sufficient heating, please call the FMCS Service Response Center at 8-2910.
