SUBJECT: Power Shutdown Discussion Meeting 2/22 9AM

There will be a meeting on Thursday, 2/22, at 9:00AM in the FMCS 2^nd Floor Conference Room to discuss a multiple building power shutdown that will be necessary to repair high voltage cables that failed serving Porter Hall.  This shutdown is expected to last 8 hours and will affect the following buildings:

–          Warner Hall

–          Cyert Hall

–          Baker Hall

–          Porter Hall

The intent of the meeting is to solicit input on the potential impacts to critical equipment that would be affected by an 8 hour power shutdown and determine a date/time that avoids or minimizes the most negative effects.
