SUBJECT: Below Freezing Temps – Help Protect Your Space
Tonight’s temperatures are expected to drop below 20 degrees. Before leaving for the holiday and extended weekend, please help protect your spaces by following the three mandatory actions below:
- Check your department’s occupied and unoccupied areas for cold spots. Open doors where possible to allow warm air to circulate.
- Close and lock ALL windows.
- Turn thermostats ON and check for heat.
