SUBJECT: RESCHEDULED – Tepper Quad Power Shutdown 3/11 – 3/12

The power shutdown previously scheduled for the Tepper Quad has been rescheduled to start at 8:00PM on Monday, 3/11, and continue until 8:00AM on Tuesday, 3/12.  This shutdown is necessary in order to relocate the power pole that serves the building. 

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this power shutdown, please contact either Bob Penn, FMS Metering and Automation Systems Engineer, at 412-251-2658 or the Zone Supervisor, Bob Giffen, at 412-418-1529.

REMINDER – The power shutdown scheduled for the Tepper Quad has been cancelled for tonight.  An update will be sent when the shutdown has been rescheduled.

RESCHEDULED – The power shutdown previously scheduled for the Tepper Quad has been rescheduled to start at 8:00PM on Thursday, 1/3, and continue until 8:00AM on Friday, 1/4.  This shutdown is necessary in order to relocate the power pole that serves the building.

UPDATE – The power shutdown scheduled for the Tepper Quad for 12/1 and 12/2 has been cancelled due to scheduling conflicts.  An update will be sent when the shutdown has been rescheduled.

UPDATE:  The power shutdown for the Tepper Quad has been rescheduled for Saturday 12/1, starting at 9:00pm until 7:00am Sunday 12/2. 

UPDATE – Due to the feedback received, the Tepper Quad power shutdown, tentatively scheduled for this weekend, has been cancelled. 

We are looking to reschedule the shutdown for Saturday, 12/1, starting at 9:00PM until 7:00AM on Sunday, 12/2.

UPDATE – The power shutdown for the Tepper Quad was cancelled last week due to Duquesne Light assisting those who lost power as a result of the snow and ice storms that came through surrounding areas. 

We are looking to reschedule the power outage for this Saturday, 11/24, starting at 9:00PM and to continue until 7:00AM on Sunday, 11/25. 

With this being a holiday weekend, please send an email to Shannon Wetzel at swetzel@andrew.cmu.edu if there are any concerns with the proposed dates and times.  All responses must be received by tomorrow morning.

UPDATE – The power shutdown scheduled for the Tepper Quad tomorrow, 11/17, has been cancelled due to recent weather.  An update will be sent when the shutdown has been rescheduled.

UPDATE – The Tepper Quad power shutdown is scheduled to start at 9:00PM on Saturday, 11/17, and continue until 7:00AM on Sunday, 11/18.  This shutdown is necessary in order to relocate the power pole that serves the building.

SUBJECT: Tepper Quad Upcoming Power Shutdown DISCUSSION MEETING 11/13

In order to relocate the power pole that serves the Tepper Quad building, the power will need to be shut down for 8 hours. 

There will be a meeting tomorrow, 11/13, at 9:30AM in the FMCS 2^nd Floor Conference Room to discuss this power shutdown and determine a date/time for this to occur.
