SUBJECT:  Power Shutdown Discussion Meeting 3/11 at 10AM

In order to switch a feeder for the Ansys Hall project, there will need to be a 15-30 minute power shutdown in Scott, Roberts and Scaife Halls and a 45 minute power shutdown in Hamerschlag Hall.  These shutdowns will happen sometime over Spring Break.

There will be a meeting on Monday, 3/11, at 10:00AM in the FMCS 2nd Floor Conference Room to discuss details of this shutdown.  The intent of the meeting is to solicit input on the potential impacts to critical equipment that would be affected and determine a date/time that avoids or minimizes the most negative effects.

Please send an email to Shannon Wetzel at swetzel@andrew.cmu.edu if you plan to attend this meeting.
