SUBJECT: Margaret Morrison Apartments Exterior Renovation 5/22 – 8/2

The exterior site renovation of the Margaret Morrison Apartments begins on 5/22 and is expected to be completed 8/2.

This project includes replacement of the exterior sidewalk and stairs surrounding Apartment Complex A and B as well as the rear of C.  The Southern stairs leading from the upper plaza to Margaret Morrison Street will also be replaced during this work.

The center and north stairs at Apartment Complex C will remain open during this work.
