SUBJECT: TCS Project – Rerouting Traffic on Forbes Avenue Today 8/2

Starting at 3:00PM today, 8/2, the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Hall contractors will be rerouting pedestrian, bicycle and vehicular traffic adjacent to the construction site on Forbes Avenue to allow for an air handling unit to be delivered and installed on Saturday, 8/3. 

The sidewalk will be closed in front of the site with pedestrian traffic routed to the Southern Forbes sidewalk at the traffic signal at the Tepper ramp and South Craig Street.  The Westbound bike lane will also be closed between the Tepper ramp and South Craig Street, with bicycle traffic sharing the shifted Westbound vehicular lane. 

The work will be completed on Saturday, 8/3, and traffic restored after the lift has been completed.  See attached graphic for more detailed information.
