UPDATE – Peoples Gas determined the leak to be in the exterior wall of the building and is working with Goldline Plumbing to replace the gas line.
Gas service will be turned off to the building until Monday morning. This will affect heating and domestic hot water.
EH&S was onsite and did not detect anything of concern.

A gas leak has been detected outside of the Integrated Innovation Institute Building, between the street curb and the meter. Environmental Health & Safety and People’s Gas are evaluating the leak.
An update will be sent as soon as more information is available from EH&S and People’s Gas.
