Duquesne Light will be performing a manhole survey near the CIC Garage starting tomorrow, 9/11, at 11:00PM until 3:00AM on 9/12. 

During this time, the CIC garage entrance will be restricted to one lane.  No large vehicles will be permitted to enter this area due to the low clearance in the driving lane.
