SUBJECT: Power Shutdown Meeting 2/6 at 1PM – Affecting Multiple Locations

In order to support the Hall of Arts construction project, a power shutdown will need to occur during Spring Break, 3/7 – 3/15, that will affect the following locations:

–          Cohon University Center

–          East Campus Garage

–          Resnik/West Wing

There will be a meeting tomorrow, 2/6, at 1:00PM in the 2nd Floor Conference Room of the FMS Building (Locate Us!) to discuss the details of this shutdown.  The intent of the meeting is to solicit input on the potential impacts to critical equipment that would be affected and determine a date/time that avoids or minimizes the most negative effects.
