UPDATE – Due to a conflict, the below scheduled power shutdown will need to occur immediately following Commencement. 

There will be a meeting on <<DAY>>, <<DATE>> at <<TIME>> in the 2nd Floor Conference Room of the FMS Building (Locate Us!) to discuss the details of this shutdown.  The intent of the meeting is to solicit input on the potential impacts to critical equipment that would be affected and determine a date/time that avoids or minimizes the most negative effects.

SUBJECT: Power Shutdown Meeting 2/6 at 1:30PM – Affecting Multiple Locations

In order to support the Hall of Arts construction project, a power shutdown will need to occur during Spring Break, 3/7 – 3/15, that will affect the following locations:

–          Hunt Library

–          CFA

–          Margaret Morrison Carnegie Hall

–          Posner Hall

–          Posner Center

–          Hall of Arts

–          Skibo Gym

–          Donner Hall

–          Hill Dorms.
