UPDATE – The crane set up scheduled for today near Margaret Morrison Carnegie Hall has been adjusted slightly. Due to this, the North entrance/exit of MMCH will be shut down temporarily for 30 minutes during the lift.

SUBJECT: Crane Lift Near East/ West Walkway and MMCH 3/9
The East/West walkway, the tennis court walkway by Margaret Morrison Carnegie Hall and the northern tennis courts will be closed to ALL traffic starting on Monday, 3/9, starting at 5:30AM until around 12:00PM. A crane will be set up in this area in order to replace an HVAC unit on the MMCH roof.
University police will be present the entire time to escort the crane down the sidewalk, to establish a perimeter around the site, and to keep people out of the 3rd floor space below the HVAC unit. As noted on the attached document, the entrance to MMCH by Resnik will remain open.
