SUBJECT: Fifth Neville Apartment Building Transformer Installation – Traffic Modifications

On Tuesday, 3/24, Duquesne Light will be installing a new transformer for the Fifth Neville apartment buildings.  Work may be completed off-hours based on their schedule.  

Work will impact traffic on Fifth Avenue and will include lane modifications for the duration of installation work.
