SUBJECT: Power Shutdown Affecting Multiple Buildings – Discussion Meeting 12/18 12PM

An 8 hour power shutdown needs to be scheduled in order to repair two manholes on campus.  The following buildings will be affected by this shutdown and will have generator power only:

·       Posner Hall

·       Hall of the Arts

·       College of Fine Arts

·       Posner Center

·       Hunt Library

·       Margaret Morrison Carnegie Hall

·       Skibo Gym

·       Donner, Hamerschlag House, Margaret Morrison Apts., Scobel, Welch, Henderson House, and Boss/McGill.

This shutdown will be based off the weather forecast.  If the temperature falls below 25 degrees on the shutdown date, it will need to be rescheduled. 

There will be a ZOOM meeting on Friday, 12/18, from 12PM-1PM to discuss the details of this project.
