SUBJECT: 4721 Fifth Ave Transformer Work Starting 2/1
As part of the Fifth/Clyde Residence Hall construction, the transformer behind 4721 Fifth Ave (the MarComm Building) will be swapped the week of February 1st. The work to transfer all electrical will take 7 days to complete. During this time, 4721 Fifth Ave will be powered by generator only.
The transformer currently services only 4721 Fifth Ave. It will service the future residence hall (under construction) at Fifth Ave/Clyde St after this work is completed.
No other CMU buildings should be impacted by this work.
