SUBJECT: Power Shutdown Affecting Multiple Locations 12/16 7:30AM

There will be a 15 minute power shutdown that will affect the FMS Building, Purnell and the East Campus Garage starting at 7:30AM tomorrow, 12/16.  This shutdown is necessary in order to balance the campus loads and put the FMS substation back to normal conditions following the Duquesne Light Company Riazzi project.
