SUBJECT: Doherty Hall Steam Leak – Partial Heating Loss

FMCS is working on a steam leak in Doherty Hall that will impact a section of perimeter heat and process steam for specific areas of the building. The leak is inside a masonry chase wall and may take some time to assess the overall repair timeline.  The system will be down during periods of time, however we will attempt to bring it back online for overnight colder conditions.

Impacted spaces are predominantly in the Northeast corner of the Doherty Hall from A level up and include:

–          Process steam for lab A213

–          Perimeter heating for 1102, 1104, 1106, 1100, 2100 Suite, 3101, 3101A, 3102, 3102A, 3102B, and 3104.
