SUBJECT: Baker/Porter Water Event

Due to freezing temperatures and a cracked window, a heating line failed in Baker/Porter on the 3rd floor in the 354 Suite.  This water line break has impacted the floors below it.  See below and attached floor plans for impacted areas:

· 3rd Floor: 354

· 2nd Floor: 254

· 1st floor: 154

· A Level: A53


The line is isolated, crews are on site to begin repairs and our water damage response team is beginning to dry out areas.
