HOA is scheduled to open tomorrow, January 4th.
Domestic water and fire protection are back online at the Hall of Arts. The perimeter heating is stilled being repaired at various locations throughout the building. HOA may be slightly warmer than usual as we utilize the air handling units while the perimeter heating lines are being repaired.

SUBJECT: Hall of Arts Closed Until 1/4
Winter Storm Elliott brought strong wind and extremely cold temperatures for an extended period of time to our region over the last week. Impacts from this storm are being felt across campus as crews have been responding around the clock to frozen pipes, failed sprinkler systems, and heating issues. The HOA building will be closed until Wednesday, January 4th in order to allow FMS to make final repairs to the heating system within the building. Until the heating system can be repaired, the water has been shut off to the building and the building cannot be occupied.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may bring. FMS is working to ensure a safe return to the building for all on Wednesday, January 4th.
