SUBJECT: PWSA Water Main Break – South Dithridge and Winthrop

PSWA water main break on the 12″ line at the corner of South Dithridge and Winthrop overnight.  PSWA responded and was able to isolate the break.  At this time all buildings, including SEI, have domestic water/fire, however there is low water pressure at 4700.  

Due to the amount of water at the Mellon loading dock, the following rooms in Mellon were affected and are in the process of being dried out.  Mellon 187B, 288, 292, 290, 190 and 297.  During the repair, vehicle access to the Mellon loading dock will be affected due to the area of excavation. 

More updates will be sent out as the repair progresses.
