SUBJECT: Mellon Institute Equipment Upgrade – Impact on Cell Service
As part of the ongoing Mellon Institute distributed antenna system (DAS) project to improve cellular coverage within the building, there will be a switch over of cell network providers' head-end equipment through the week of July 10th. There will be some impact on reception for Verizon and AT&T cell phone users for a couple of hours when the equipment is being upgraded.
Another notification will be sent out once Verizon and AT&T provide more details regarding specific time windows for the equipment switch.

UPDATE – The vendor is unable to do the switchover this week. This work will be done through the week of July 17th.
