SUBJECT:  UTDC Floor 1 Water Event 8/21/2023

A hot water heater on the first floor of UTDC ruptured this morning and caused a water event on the first floor of UTDC.  The FMCS restoration contractor is on site extracting water from the carpets.  Areas impacted on the first floor are shown on the attached floor plan.
