SUBJECT: Power Shutdown Affecting Multiple Buildings – Preliminary Planning Meeting 10/16 1PM
A preliminary planning meeting will be held on Monday, 10/16, at 1PM to discuss a power outage that will need to occur in January 2024 for scheduled testing and maintenance. The preferred dates for this shutdown are the week of January 8th.
The following buildings will be affected:
– Doherty Hall
– FMS Building
– Gates Hillman Center
– Hamburg/Smith
– Hamerschlag Hall
– Newell Simon Hall
– Purnell Center
– Robert Mehrabian Collaborative Innovation Center (CIC)
– Tepper
