SUBJECT: Power Shutdown Affecting Multiple Buildings – Preliminary Planning Meeting 10/16 1PM

 

A preliminary planning meeting will be held on Monday, 10/16, at 1PM to discuss a power outage that will need to occur in January 2024 for scheduled testing and maintenance.  The preferred dates for this shutdown are the week of January 8^th. 

 

The following buildings will be affected:

 – Doherty Hall
 – FMS Building
 – Gates Hillman Center
 – Hamburg/Smith
 – Hamerschlag Hall
 – Newell Simon Hall
 – Purnell Center

 – Robert Mehrabian Collaborative Innovation Center (RMCIC) 
 – Tepper
