UPDATE: We have just confirmed with Duquesne Light that this shutdown is still scheduled for January 8th starting at 7:00 AM. Current weather forecast is for satisfactory conditions for the shutdown. There is one minor change to the information below. SUBJECT: Scheduled Power Outage at 300 S Craig St, January 8, 2024 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Duquesne Light contractors have scheduled a shutdown of normal electric service to 300 S. Craig St. on Monday, January 8th from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM to perform maintenance work on the electric service line to this building. Emergency power will be available during the outage and can be used for critical cooling needs. The CMU Police Station is the only area in the building that will be openfor normal occupancy during the shutdown.
