SUBJECT: 300 S. Craig Primary Chiller Out of Service

The primary cooling tower fan at 300 S. Craig Street had a catastrophic failure at approximately 3:45PM today.  The majority of the building will be without cooling due to this. 

The swing chiller has been turned on.  The police station and dispatch portion of the building will have cooling. 

Expect repairs to take a few days depending on part lead times.  Updates will be sent when more information is available.
