SUBJECT: Window Washing Announcement for Week of November 18-22

Facilities Management Services (FMS) will be washing the interior and exterior perimeter windows in 4618-4620 Henry Street, and the exterior windows of the College of Fine Arts and Margaret Morrison Carnegie Hall during the evenings and early mornings from November 18-22.

Please inform your teams and remind occupants to move personal items away from the windows. If there are any restricted areas, let me know so we can provide the window washers with a list of areas to skip. If I have missed any additional FCs, please forward this message to them. Areas with posters, decals, plants, furniture, or personal items blocking the windows will be skipped.
