SUBJECT: 4612 Filmore St. Demolition & Impacts to GATF Parking Lot and Filmore St., 12/16/24-1/10/25

  

Demolition of the structure at 4612 Filmore St. will begin on 12/16/2024.  The work is tentatively planned to be complete by 1/10/2025.

 

The contractor will be closing portions of both Filmore St. and Zebina Way.  Access to the dumpsters and parking at the end of Zebina way will be maintained through the adjacent GATF parking lot.  The project will close several parking spaces and remove fencing to allow access through GATF.  Please see the attached graphics.  Red indicates road/site closure, yellow for parking impacts and closures.

 

The contractor will provide traffic control during daytime hours to assist with entering/exiting the lot. 

 

Filmore St. will be closed to traffic at S. Craig St., except for the week of 12/23/2024.

Filmore St. will be open at S. Neville but closed just beyond the GATF parking lot entrance.
