SUBJECT: RKM Science Forbes Ave. Utility Work
Through approximately Friday, 1/17, crews working on the RKM project will be conducting work on Forbes Ave. to install new utility structures in the area between TCS Hall and GATF, and across to the RKM project site.
During this time, there may be intermittent single lane restrictions with traffic control in place on Forbes Ave. There may also be sidewalk closures on the north side of Forbes with pedestrian detours. The pedestrian detour will take pedestrians headed west (towards S. Craig St.) through the TCS Hall plaza, behind GATF and then down the Zebina Way alley between GATF and Chipotle. Pedestrians headed west will follow the same detour in reverse.
There are 2 separate scopes of work, one of which will end on or about 1/10 and the other on or about 1/17.
