SUBJECT: Window Washing Announcement for Weeks of January 13-17 and January 20-24

Facilities Management Services (FMS) will be washing the exterior windows of the Gates-Hillman Center the week of January 13-17.  Cleaning for the interior and exterior perimeter windows in Gates-Hillman Center will take place the week of January 20-24.  Window cleaning occurs during the evenings and early mornings.

Please inform your teams and remind occupants to move personal items away from the windows. If there are any restricted areas, let me know so we can provide the window washers with a list of areas to skip. If I have missed any additional FCs, please forward this message to them. Areas with posters, decals, plants, furniture, or personal items blocking the windows will be skipped.
