SUBJECT: Fifth Ave Crane Lift 5/22
A crane will be lifting new water heaters onto the roof of the Residence on Fifth (4700 Fifth Ave) from 9AM – 3PM tomorrow, 5/22.
The sidewalk from Neville Street to Clyde Street will be closed during this time. Additionally, this will restrict eastbound traffic on Fifth Ave to one lane around the crane.
While the crane is in operation, the main entrance to the Residence on Fifth will be closed to the public. Side and rear entrances must be utilized. Finally, no public access to the 5th floor will be allowed while the lifts are taking place.
