SUBJECT: Planned Power Shutdown for Donner Hall Switchgear Testing – June 23

The FMCS Service Response Center will hold a preliminary planning meeting on June12 at 8 AM with building occupants to discuss the upcoming switchgear testing scheduled for June 23 in Donner Hall. This testing will require a 4-hour power shutdown, which will impact the following buildings:

• Donner Hall
• Highmark Center
• Boss/McGill
• Scobel
• Welch
• Hamerschlag House
• Henderson House
• MMCH Apartments
