SUBJECT: CFA, HOA, Hunt, MMCH, Posner, Posner Hall-Power Shutdown Meeting

A preliminary planning meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 11, at 8 AM, to discuss two upcoming 8-hour power shutdowns that will impact the following buildings: CFA, HOA, Hunt, MMCH, Posner Center, and Posner Hall.

 

These shutdowns are necessary to perform maintenance on two medium voltage circuits and will occur in two phases—one for investigation and another for execution. While June 19 was initially proposed due to the university closure and CFA’s availability, we now need input from all affected buildings to determine the most suitable timing.

ALL SIX BUILDINGS WILL BE CLOSED DURING THE OUTAGE.
